Audi Kingston

Another great purchase from Audi Kingston! This is my 5th Audi from these guys and what can I say…great brand, dealership and service! Have purchased two S4s, S6, RS5 Sportsback and now my Grail car, the 2024 RS6 Performance. Not many allotments and because a special order I did not take delivery for over a year. BUT, patience paid off as rather the 23 model ended up with a 24 RS6 Performance. This comes with 30 more HP, larger turbos, optional driving dynamic pack with steel coilovers, updated gearbox software with more aggressive and lightning fast shifts, 8 kilo of soundproofing removed between engine firewall giving more of that V8 in cabin. I have the enhance Bang and Olufsen sound system and not sure which sounds better, and I am a huge music and HiFi guy. Many more performance upgrades. Also, while waiting I can’t complain as had my amazing RS5 to drive. Great service from Sean, Alex and Thomas who was kind enough to send me photos of my car when unwrapped during dealer prep and ceramic coating. The service department at Audi Kingston is the best as well. I can always depend on amazing service…is a given! I also received what I consider a more than fair price on my RS5 trade…VERY fair! Will conclude saying my experience with Audi Kingston was great! …as always. I absolutely love my new ride and am loyal to the Audi brand and the dealership. Very highly recommend! I headed to Kingston Audi from Ottawa because there was better price and selection in the SUV category I was interested in. Leslie was extremely responsive to my initial online inquiries. She was completely prepared for my arrival at the dealership. Leslie’s knowledge and understanding was very helpful with my transition from an RS3 to a Q8. Even post-signing, her honesty and immediate action prevented a potential issue. Thomas made the financial portion of the transaction pleasant with his humour and efficiency. It was the quickest and easiest vehicle purchase I have ever experienced. Thank you.

Be warned! servicing your vehicles here, I took my vehicle in because right rear wheel was making a weird noise, after about an hour of diagnosing it they said it was the caliper slide pins and quoted me about $750 to get the part and fix it. I’ve done some work on vehicles so I decided I would go and buy new slide pins and replace them myself. Well this did not fix the problem and I went back to Audi to tell them that they diagnosed the problem wrong! They said they would take another look. After about 10 minutes of them looking at it they came back and told me it was a bolt on the control arm that was a little loose. They quoted me $750 for something that wasn’t even wrong with the car and it only took them 10 minutes to figure out what it actually was and fix it!!! How many other people do they do this too! Their service department is nothing but a scam and whatever they tell you make sure you go and get it double checked somewhere else!
